A Bit about our courses:
Open water Course
Our Open water course is your first step into gaining an Internationally recognised recreational scuba diving certificate. Because we at Aliwal Shoal Adventures are PADI certified dive instructors, this means you will be certified as a PADI Diver, and PADI is recognised worldwide as one of the largest scuba diving corporations in the world.
Doing the Openwater course allows you to dive anywhere in the world up to a depth of 18m. (Our other courses also offer this, but you will be able to dive deeper to the recreational limit) You will be qualified when you have met all the necessary requirements and your instructor is content that you are a SAFE diver, and that you understand all the safety aspects of diving.
Advanced Dive Course:
Allowing you to dive as deep as the recreation limit, (40m) dive in wrecks, navigate and learn a whole lot more about diving!
EFR (Medic First Aid)
Be prepared and learn how to handle a situation in an emergency, as well as administer first aid. This course is also internationally recognised.
Rescue Course:
Be aware of divers within your group. Learn to pick up problems, and then solve them before an accident happens and learn to what to do in emergencies. 1st step to Professional diving
Dive Master Course:
Become a PADI Professional Diver. You will be able to lead divers under water and do this professionally. The duration is a minimum of 10 days, but preferably at your own pace. Min of 60 dives to be logged before certifying. |
Personalised service:
Not only are all our courses conducted privately, and personally, but we can also arrange for a video to be made of your first dives, or your fun dives! Get seen up close and personal with Raggies, game fish, Manta's, Rays, eels, shipwrecks and possibly even dolphins and a whale, and if you're lucky enough, even our resident turtles!
WE HAVE OUR OWN PRIVATE BOAT TO BE USED TO CONDUCT PRIVATE & PERSONAL DIVES FOR YOU, WITH YOUR VERY OWN PERSONAL INSTRUCTOR AND DIVE MASTER! GRAB SOME FRIENDS TOGETHER AND HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE GET AWAY...LIKE NEVER BEFORE. EVERYTHING IS VERY PERSONALISED....YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER...OUR CLIENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND SPECIAL TO US! |
